health & Fitness Programs
The Auburn YMCA offers a wide range of health and fitness programs, designed to meet the needs of everyone from beginning exercisers to well-conditioned athletes. Our knowledgeable, certified staff are anxious to help, whether it's answering fitness related questions, providing orientations and fitness testing, establishing exercise routines, or providing personal training. Most of our fitness classes are free to YMCA members; be sure to check our fitness class schedule for the most recent class days and times.
