For over 100 years, Camp Y-Owasco has provided safe, fun-filled summer adventures on the east shore of beautiful Owasco Lake in Central New York. We feature traditional day camp, resident, and leadership programs.

At Camp Y-Owasco, we believe every day should bring new adventures to broaden horizons and build better foundations in skills, values, character, and healthy relationships. We do this through our many programs and activities. All programs are supervised and facilitated by trained, qualified staff.

Activities include archery, arts and crafts, canoeing, dancing, drama, fishing, kayaking, nature, outdoor living, low ropes course, sailing, team building, and more!

For a camper, fun is the ultimate goal. But for Camp Y-Owasco staff, fun programs are tools to teach so much more. We believe in building character through the four core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Our staff model and teach these values in all they do. They encourage their campers to discover what those values mean for themselves and return home to live them out daily. These values form the cornerstone for a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where every camper feels empowered to become their best person.
