Each team must have two females on the court.

Are you a runner looking to get back into your rhythm?
Do you want to improve your run form and fitness but are unsure whether a training program is the right fit for you?
We have a solution for you!
Get the benefits of both a social group and a coached group by giving our run group a try!
What you’ll get:

  • A program developed and coached by a credentialed and experienced run coach.
  • Three options throughout the week to attend (Monday, Tuesday, and/or Thursday)
  • A coached session each day: learn form drills, work on a strength routine, run/walk hills, flats, intervals, sprints, and yes, even those easy days! Suitable for ALL levels: we have a walk/run program AND a program for the advanced runners who want MORE out of their running!
  • Fun, fitness, and camaraderie!

Auburn Y Run Group
Ages 12+

Wednesdays 6:00 -7:00 pm -October 19 - December 7
This is your social, just -have - fun - want -to run ( or walk here and there) group.
Get together one to two times weekly to safely enjoy building fitness and friendships!

This is a NO FEE program for AUBURN Y MEMBERS.
General Public: $55 Please pre-register at the Y OR online.

Endurance Training Group ( Run) 
Ages 18+
Mondays & Thursdays

Join the Auburn Y Endurance Training Group for fun, safety (in groups!), and happiness! This session, join our coaches as you train to improve your 5k time and put it to the test at the It's a Wonderful Run. Each session includes run-specific strength training and form drills.

Registration Fee Includes race registration.

Auburn Y Members: $110
General Public: $210

Masters Swimming 18+

Monday / Wednesday/ Friday   5:15-6:30 am

Masters incorporates interval training and drills to help you improve your strokes. This program benefits triathletes, former competitive, former collegiate, and fitness swimmers. Our Master's Coach will provide and design daily practices geared toward various levels and abilities. Please note that this is NOT a coached session- Workouts will be posted daily.

Members: $10 per month
General Public: $50 per month
