Six-week mini session, regular play ends 5/2 with playoffs on 5/9

Recreational - Intermediate - Competitive
Each team must have two females on the court. 
$150 per team

Mondays and Thursdays, April 4 - May 30, 6:00 - 7:00pm
This is a casual, social, and supportive group that meets twice weekly to enjoy the camaraderie of running with others.
The group will meet on Mondays for a run/walk, and Thursdays for alternating hill and speed workouts.

This is a NO FEE program for AUBURN Y MEMBERS.
General Public: $55 Please pre-register at the Y OR online.


Masters Swimming 18+

Monday / Wednesday/ Friday   5:15-6:30 am

Masters incorporates interval training and drills to help you improve your strokes. This program benefits triathletes, former competitive, former collegiate, and fitness swimmers. Our Master's Coach will provide and design daily practices geared toward various levels and abilities. Please note that this is NOT a coached session- Workouts will be posted daily.

Members: $10 per month
General Public: $50 per month
