Co-Ed Volleyball

Join us for a fun filled evening of volley-ball at the Y. Both a recreational and competitive league are offered. Each team must have two females on the court. The eight week leagues include one week of playoffs. 
League meets Thursday evenings, September -June. 

Are you interested in competitive play against players of similar caliber? This league offers players weekly competitive matches. Register individually; team assignments are made according to level of play.
League meets Monday evenings September -June. 

Racquetball Lessons

Beginner-Advance level players. Learn hitting techniques, serves, service return, court position and strategy. All lessons are 1 hour in length. The Y offers Private one hour lessons.
Fee: One Lesson: $30 for Y-Members and $40 for the General Public
         Four Lessons: $100 for Y-Members and $120 for General Public


Pickle-ball is a combination of ping-pong, tennis and badminton. Nets are set up Mon/Wed. & Fridays 8:00-10:30am and is Free for Y-Members. 

Boxing Fitness

Speed bag and heavy bag drills, mitt work and other boxing will be offered to help get you in shape and improve your overall health.  Class meets Mon/Wed. 4-6:00pm ...Free for Y-Members

Adult Running Group

Intermediate Level, must be able to run for at least 20 min. Pre-registration is required. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7:00pm. Free for Y-Members and $120 session for General Public. 

Couch to 5 K

Program introduces you to intervals of running. Goal is to participate in a 5k at end of session.
