Pickle-ball is a combination of ping-pong, tennis, and badminton. Please check our gym schedule for our current availability.

Join us for a fun-filled evening of volleyball at the Y. Both a recreational and competitive league are offered. Each team must have two females on the court. Are you interested in competitive play against players of similar caliber? This league offers players weekly competitive matches.

Beginner-Advance level players. Learn hitting techniques, serves, service return, court position, and strategy. All lessons are 1 hour in length. The Y offers Private one-hour lessons.
Adult Running Group
Intermediate Level, must be able to run for at least 20 min. Pre-registration is required.
Couch to 5 K
The program introduces you to intervals of running. The goal is to participate in a 5k at end of the session.
