𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚® 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗠𝗖𝗔 is a 12-week small-group fitness program for adult cancer survivors who have become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. The program is for any adult who is currently going through cancer treatment or has gone through some form of cancer treatment in the past and wants to regain their health and well-being. 

Our next Session begins September 12.
With 10:30am - 12pm OR 6pm-7:15pm class times.

Father Daughter Dance 2022
This year's event will be held on Sunday, September 25, from 1:00 -3:00 pm at the Emerson Park Pavilion.

Young ladies are invited to spend an enchanted afternoon over the rainbow with their Father, Grandfather, Uncle, or special Father figure. Enjoy a gift bag for the girls, Hors D'oeuvres, a photographer, and a DJ.
Registration opens at 7:00 am on Monday, August 15th.

The Cost will be $65 per couple and $25 for each additional child.

Wednesday Walks with the Y
Wednesdays - 9:30 am | August 3,10,17,24.
Join us at Emerson park and walk the trail and guided exercises with our health & Wellness Coordinator. Meet at the bridge from the Emerson Park Main entrance.

FREE and open to the community.
Walks will be dependent on the weather

Couch to 5K
August 1 - September 24.
Mondays & Thursdays 6-7:00 pm
Our Couch to 5k program will get you moving and on your way to crossing the finish line.
We will meet twice a week and progress through intervals of walking and running.
Our Target Run will Be the Prison City - Riot Run on 9/24.
