From low-impact exercise, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, the Auburn Y offers group exercise classes and special fitness events to suit every age, interest and ability level.
 

Group fitness classes are free for Y Members age 14 and older. (Members under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.) Your Y offers a wide variety of group fitness classes for almost every ability and interest. You’ll find low-impact, beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes.
