Group fitness classes are free for Y Members age 14 and older. (Members under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.) Your Y offers a wide variety of group fitness classes for almost every ability and interest. You’ll find low-impact, beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes.

21 Day Challenge
November 7- 27, 2019
Challenge includes Initial weigh in prior to starting program. Daily assigned workouts along with nutritional challenges and Saturday morning group challenge classes.
Fee: Y-Members: $15 General Public $30
DASHING ALL THE WEIGHT
Starting November 18, we will weigh you in and record your weight.. Work out as much as you want any “weigh” you want. Each Monday, get weighed by a YMCA staff member.
Each person who maintains or loses weight for the whole 7 weeks, will be entered into a drawing.
Open to Y-Members Only!! Fee: $5.00 (if registered after Nov. 18 fee is $10)
