Moving For Better Balance

This class is located at the Finger Lakes Mall
Older adults and those with chronic health conditions often feel they must accept impaired balance and limited mobility—this is not true. You can build strength, improve balance, and gain confidence in your mobility through Moving For Better Balance. This is a 12-week evidence-based, instructor-led group program designed to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility through slow, therapeutic movements based on Tai Chi.
Fees: $35 for the session -Open to the public

Ages 18+
This CPR training course is designed specifically for laypeople and is an excellent choice for learning how to provide CPR in community and workplace settings. This extremely flexible program will help prepare individuals to respond to sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and choking incidents.

Meets the first Monday of every month at 5:30pm
Enter from William Street at the Little House door. After 5:30, that door will be locked, and you may enter through the side door of the Y. No Fees, and pre-registration are not required.
Adult Volleyball League
Ages 18+
3 Co-Ed Divisions: Recreational, Intermediate, Competitive
6 people minimum/ 1 female on roster & on the court. Games 6:00 -10:00pm
8-weeks of play and one playoff week
Team Fee: $240 per team. Register at the Y OR online
The captain of the team registers.
Please note all waivers, rosters, and payment MUST be received before play on 9/10.
