Airport Shuttle Service
Shuttles are available from the start & finish at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
One-way & round trip service is available on select days only. Some restrictions apply.
$45 one way per rider and $90 round trip per rider.
Hotel Shuttle is our fee-based service for guests staying at off-site lodging. Each day after riders have collected their luggage, bike, and you from camp to select local off-site lodging locations between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. You are then free to cycle to dinner or explore from the hotel. Lodging Delivery will pick up your luggage between 7:00 am and 8:00 am and return it to the luggage truck. You can then cycle to the campground for breakfast or take off on the tour route. Sign up before or during the tour. Either way - it's easy, convenient, and, most of all, very affordable. NOTE: Lodging delivery will only transport to hotels within 5 miles or hotels listed on the lodging page. Some restrictions apply.
Cost $25 per day.

If riders choose to ship their bicycle, there are two options:
Option 1: Riders can have their bike assembled and delivered to the start of the tour on registration day. Upon completion of the tour, we will pick up your bike from the finish, disassemble it, and dropped off at the shipping point. Bikes must be received no later than Wednesday, July 19th, for assembly. Your bike will be available at registration at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 22nd. Please email Hannah, firstname.lastname@example.org, for pricing and information on shipping and assembling. Shipping charges are NOT included in assembling charges.
Option 2: You can also choose to have your bike brought to the tour's start point in its original shipping box for you to assemble. Tools are NOT provided. Shipping boxes will be stored at the Cortland YMCA at no charge and returned to the finish following the tour. Bicycles must be boxed and ready for shipping no later than 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 29th. We will arrange for the boxes to be dropped off at the shipping point; there is no charge for this service ( shipping charges are NOT included).
