Our all CNY Youth Hockey League - Summer Freeze returns this summer!
2021 League Dates July 5 - August 19
Novice/Initiation - Bantam Levels
We are excited to announce we are now at 100% capacity for spectators!
Face masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated should continue to wear face masks.
The Details:
- Teams will be split evenly by ability levels
- Players will be evaluated in week one followed by 6 weeks of games.
- Please Note NOVICE( Initiation) is a developmental program where children gain hockey skills- no game will be played.
- Games will be played Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.( See tentative schedule below)
- All game times are between 5:00 pm & finished by 7:30 pm with younger levels finishing first.
- Mites will play cross-ice games. Note: Novice level will not play games.
- Jerseys are included in the registration fee
Mites and Bantams:
Players register based on the age level they played in this past winter season.
Novice/Initiation:
This is an instructional program that is not sanctioned by USA Hockey. The program focuses primarily on skating skills and some stick skills for Ages 5 to 12. Open to new players and those with one season of hockey experience.

Squirts: 7/15 thru 8/18 -Cancelled this summer due to low registration.
Wednesdays 5:00 pm to 6:15 pm (Duke Arena)
Peewees: 7/15 thru 8/19 Cancelled this summer due to low regsitration.
Thursdays 5:00 pm to 6:15 pm (Allyn Arena)
Bantams: 7/13 thru 8/17
Tuesdays 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm (Duke Arena)

How to Register
This year's registration * will be completed online. Online Registration

Please have your athlete's USA Hockey number available when you register.
You will need to supply a current USA hockey number in order to complete registration.
Novice-level players do NOT require a USA Hockey registration.
