Therapeutic massage. with Antonina Franks – Physical Therapist.
Toni Franks has been a practicing physical therapist for 11 years. She specializes in manual therapy that includes trigger point release, Myofascial Release, Graston Technique and other manual techniques that help decrease muscle tension and promote pain-free joint movement.
She works part-time in Marcellus at Rebound Physical Therapy.
30, 45 & 60 minute sessions are available.

Group Exercise...Group Cycling
Experience the incredible energy that only group exercise classes can give you. All of our fitness classes are taught by experienced, certified fitness instructors, who will lead you through the workouts providing you effective workout where challenge meets modifications as appropriate for participants.
Group Exercise classes are FREE for Y members.
Dryland classes are offered in our 2 Group exercise studios and our newly remolded Cycling room.
Aquatic classes are offered on our Aquatic Center- deep and shallow water pools

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a 12-week small-group fitness program for adult cancer survivors who have become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. This Program is for any adult who is currently going through cancer treatment or has gone through some form of cancer treatment in the past and wants to regain their health and well-being.
